Started operations in 2017, SG4 is situated in Rorathang in the banks of Rangpo River and is connected to the rest of the country by air, rail & road.

The facility comprises of 273000 sq ft of built-up area on 7.30 acres of land. Adequate open space of 2.53 L sq ft is available for future expansion.

The Plant has been equipped with latest advanced technology machineries and instrumentation.

The total production capacity of the unit is 6 bn tablets/caps per annum on two shift basis

Swiss Garnier Sikkim Unit II facility is designed based on Abbott Global guidance and Technical team support – Keeping Safety higher priority – Glass wool used instead of puffs.

All the equipments are designed / installed as per the technical guidance of Abbott Global team and qualified.

Buildings and Panels : Built by using imported low smoke Insulation materials in pipelines and Utilities.

AHUs : Designed by “Flaktwood” technologies highly efficient system.

Manufacturing Equipment : PLC controlled with levels of controls.

Materials movement : All materials stored in mobile racks and after dispensing moves through bins.

Facility provided with Automatic Bin washing systems.

Tablet Inspection Machine : 360 ⁰ inspection by Proditec inspection machine.

Auto Coating facility :  Capability to do Sugar and film coating in Auto coaters.

Auto coaters and scrubbers are equipped with both wet and dry scrubbers.

Bottle Packing Line : Integrated bulk bottle packing line- Capable to do for Plastic & Glass bottles.

One of the Granulation area FBD is equipped with Quick Acting Safety Valve – Closes in Milli seconds if pressure buildup.
